Good morning, my friends!
We are in the home stretch! Only 10 more days of thankful posts and then I will resume effective prayer posts, coffee chat posts and my regular posting schedule. I truly hope these posts have helped you to focus on blessings that we are given by God, for there are many. The Christmas holidays are approaching like a freight train and it’s easy to get exhausted and disgruntled by the busyness. By entering this season with thanksgiving, it prepares our minds to give generously and enjoy time with friends and family.
It’s hard to be cranky when your heart is bursting with gratitude!
- Day 14: Fellow Christians
- Day 15: Providence
- Day 16: I am thankful for my parents
- Day 17: Law Enforcement Officers
- Day 18: Music
- Day 19: My Country
- Day 20: “Small” gifts
As I noted in my first post, I plan on doing a weekly roundup of “thankful posts” in keeping with the theme this month. If you have done a post on thankfulness that I’ve missed, please leave a link to it in the comments below, and as I have time today I will update this post with your link.
God be with you my friends!
This week:
Samaritan’s Song: Preparing for Thanksgiving with Heart’s of Gratitude
Mom’s Going to Madagascar: Day 18 – safety
Kathleen B Duncan: 12 Colors I am Grateful for in November
Spiral Woman: Bubbling Gratitude
Amazing Things Can Happen: Thankful for Loneliness
Thank you for featuring my post. I have posted Twelve Things I’m Grateful for each day in November. I usually post my gratitude list on the twelfth of each month. The Accident was on the twelfth. After months of grieving, I decided to choose gratitude. We can choose healing and recovery. It’s not easy, but it is a choice.

Yes! I’ve noticed that since I’ve been writing these posts, I don’t get disgruntled as easily.
