Bible Review: NKJV Noteworthy New Testament

Many set out to read the entire Bible in a year, but have you ever considered journaling through the New Testament in a year? If you’ve been looking for a new way to engage with the scriptures or want a gift for the Bible student in your life, the Noteworthy New Testament released by Thomas Nelson is an excellent choice. The Bible is bound in a beautiful leathersoft cover available purple or brown. A hardcover option (in black) is also available for purchase.

At the end of each day’s reading, there is space to write reflections from the text. On the seventh day of each week, there is an entire page of space to reflect on the previous six days, insert an outline, or add bible art.

The lack of commentary is a pro in this case, allowing the reader to simply read and reflect on the text for that day.

The only downside one might encounter is that the book block has a little trouble laying flat at the beginning and end. However, some manipulation of the spine should make most of the journaling fairly easy.

This newly-released Bible is now available for purchase at Amazon.com and Christian Book and Thomas Nelson Bibles.
